Born and raised in Naples, Executive Chef Claudio Uccello wants to bring the real tradition pizza to South Africa. From the first slice you’ll understand the difference: the flour comes from Naples and it’s designed to craft a fluffy and digestable douhg. The tomato mozzarella and other ingrediants are sourced in South Africa hand-picked by Claudio himself. Traditional Naples style or thin and crispy as they eat it in the north of Italy it’s your choice.
